ACL 101 Introductory Foundations of ACL Concepts and Practices

ACL 101 Introductory Course (3 Days) is focused on key ACL data analysis concepts and functionality. With the aid of examples that illustrate the software’s abilities, participants will learn how to access and import data from various sources, use key commands, build expressions to detect exceptions, and display report findings through hands-on case studies.

Prerequisites: Participants should have a basic knowledge of Windows. No advanced preparation is required.

ACL 201 Intermediate Data Analysis Techniques

This two-day workshop is designed for experienced ACL™ users. In an interactive, hands-on environment you will learn how to integrate ACL commands and expressions to accomplish complex data analysis tasks. You will also practice planning and executing a data analysis project by working through a series of case studies. Through this case-study approach you will learn how to effectively use ACL in real-life situations and discover what it means to think with ACL.

Prerequisites: Completion of an ACL 101 course is strongly recommended or at least six months previous experience using ACL for data analysis.

ACL 303 Advanced Concepts and Techniques – Functions & Scripts

Advanced ACL 303 Course (3 days) is designed to teach participants how to use functions and scripts to add power to their data analysis and do more in less time. Participants will learn how to use functions to create complex computed fields and advanced filters. They will also learn how to use scripts to automate repetitive ACL tasks, which saves valuable time, and to preserve best practices, which prevents errors and results in better controls. ACL certified trainers will show you how to implement scripts into your daily routine, and they will guide you through activities that illustrate how to work with scripts and functions efficiently and easily.

Prerequisites: Completion of an ACL 101 course is strongly recommended or at least six months previous experience using ACL for data analysis.

On-site Training

On-site training classes can be held at customer offices in addition to the scheduled courses, where a number of users need training within the same company, and where course customisation is required so that the instructor can provide your staff with hands-on experience using your own data.
